PHP/MapScript Demos

Here you can try some demos using PHP/MapScript and PostGis. It is possible to query, insert, update and delete geometry objects in the database.

WMS client demos

Here you can try some pure wms demos. It's possible to call the client with a key/value pair in the url with the wms connect string or wms's can be loaded dynamically from a client dialog.

Combination af WMS and WFS

The demo shows how a wms/wfs inerface can be set up with AppForMap.

TopoShare

This is a "real" site allowing the user to create and store routes. Routes can be created from scratch or imported from gpx-files. The site shows off the capabilities of AppForMap and underlying software libs, MapServer, PostGIS and more. Grass Web Servivces are used to extract terrain profiles and export elevation raster files for 3D terrain models.
